Job Description:

An established group of companies in Nassau, Bahamas has an immediate vacancy for Executive Assistant/Legal Secretary to support Senior Executives in a fast-paced environment.
 
Duties Will Include: 
  • Assisting duties for the Chairman and Top Executives; 
  • Answering telephones;
  • Producing legal documents such as correspondence from verbal or written instructions, dictation, notes, rough drafts;
  • Maintaining an electronic and physical filing system;
  • Preparing and assembling materials and documents for meetings;
  • Preparing regulatory, tax and corporate filings; 

Job Requirements:

The Successful Candidate Must:
  • Be a team player who possesses excellent grammar and spelling abilities;
  • Have outstanding proofreading and editing skills;
  • Be able to work independently; exercise good judgment at all times;
  • Be able to handle pressure in a fast paced environment;
  • Be able to interact with multiple departments;  
Previous experience in the Secretarial Field will be a plus. Salary will be compensated based on experience.
